Sub-processors
Four vendors, all of them infrastructure. Each is bound by a written data processing agreement, none may use your data for its own purposes, and we give 30 days' notice before this list changes.

Who is deliberately not on this list
- No analytics or product-telemetry vendor. We do not run any.
- No advertising or marketing platform. We do not send marketing email or run ads.
- No font or script CDN.Our typeface is compiled into the site at build time and served from our own domain, so no third party learns your visitors’ IP addresses.
- No AI or model-training provider. Your catalogue, your customers, and your kiosk content are never sent to one.
- Your own WooCommerce host is not a sub-processor of ours — it is your infrastructure, under your contract, and we simply talk to it on your instruction.
Notice of changes
We will email account holders at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor, and update this page and its effective date at the same time. Merchants subject to the GDPR may object on reasonable data protection grounds under section 6 of the Data Processing Addendum, which sets out what happens next.
