Nothing new to run.

The kiosk sits on top of the store you already have. Same catalog, same orders, same wp-admin.

No plugin, ever.

Kiosk Wizard reads the REST API and Store API that already ship with WooCommerce. Nothing to install in wp-admin, nothing to keep updated, and nothing new sitting between your customers and your checkout.

Orders land where they always did.

A kiosk order is an ordinary WooCommerce order. It arrives as a pickup order to be paid at the register, and you close it out in the WooCommerce mobile app or on the POS you use now. No second inbox to watch.

One catalog, one set of answers.

Photos, prices, options, and specs come off your product pages worded the way you wrote them. Customers see the full range instead of the shelf, and staff read the screen instead of remembering.

One price, everything in it.

Only $20/month per store. No locked features, no hidden costs.

The shelf holds what fits. The screen holds everything.

Tap anything and the whole product page is there — photo, price, options, specs, and what else to buy.

  • Bigger basketsThe sizes, flavors, and colors that never fit on the shelf are one tap away.
  • Shorter linesBrowsing moves to the screen. The register goes back to taking payment.
  • Nothing to re-keyChange a price in WooCommerce and the screen already has it.

One tap from the grid. Every word of it read live from WooCommerce.

One kiosk, six places to put it.

Self-serve ordering

At the counter, customers browse, build a basket, and place the order themselves. It lands in WooCommerce as a pickup order and they pay at the register — the line keeps moving while people decide.

  1. Search
  2. Tap
  3. Add to cart
  4. Pay at the register

A catalog staff can search

Behind the counter, filter thousands of SKUs by category, brand, price, or rating in a couple of taps. Faster than a binder and never out of date.

Endless aisle

The shelf on your floor holds two hundred items. The kiosk holds all four thousand — the back room and the online-only lines included.

Trade shows and events

Bring one screen to the booth. It installs as an app, runs the whole weekend, and every order it takes is already in your store when you get home.

Lobby and waiting-room retail

Salons, clinics, barbershops, dispensaries: people who are waiting are people who are browsing. Put the retail range in front of them.

Pop-ups and market stalls

One screen on the table replaces the printed list. No laptop, no separate price sheet to reconcile at the end of the day.

Also working well as a wholesale order pad for reps, a spec-lookup screen in a showroom, and a counter menu board.

Three steps to a live kiosk.

One of them happens on WooCommerce’s own screen, inside your wp-admin.

  1. Step 1

An email and a password. No sales call, no onboarding fee.

  2. Step 2

    Connect your store

One click sends you to WooCommerce's own authorization screen inside your wp-admin. Approve it and you are connected — that is the whole trick. Your API keys are encrypted before they are stored, and you can revoke them from WooCommerce whenever you want.

  3. Step 3

    Install it on a screen

Open your kiosk address on the device and add it to the home screen. It runs full-screen like a native app. A large touchscreen is what it is built for.

What you are actually connecting.

Is there a WooCommerce kiosk plugin to install?

No, and that is the point. Kiosk Wizard talks to the REST API and Store API that come with WooCommerce out of the box. Nothing is added to your WordPress site, so there is nothing new to update and nothing new that can break your checkout.

How is a WooCommerce kiosk different from a WooCommerce POS?

A POS is the staff side of the counter: someone rings up a sale on it. A kiosk is the customer side — people browse the catalog, pick what they want, and place the order themselves. Kiosk Wizard does not take payment and does not replace your till; the order it creates is paid on the POS or card reader you already use.

What does it change in my store?

It reads your catalog and your store address, and it creates orders. It never edits, publishes, or deletes products, and it never touches your theme or your settings.

How do customers pay at the kiosk?

At your register. A kiosk order arrives in WooCommerce as a local-pickup order to be paid on collection, so you take payment on the POS or card reader you already use. It needs Local pickup and Cash on delivery enabled in WooCommerce — the kiosk tells you if either one is missing.

What hardware do I need for a self-service kiosk?

A large touchscreen is what the kiosk is designed for — a wall-mounted panel, a screen on a stand, or an all-in-one on the counter. An iPad, an Android tablet, a Windows touchscreen, or a Chromebook will all run it. Anything with a modern browser works.

Can it run in kiosk mode so customers cannot leave the screen?

Yes. Add the kiosk to the device's home screen and it opens full-screen as an app, with no address bar and no tabs. For an unattended public screen, pair that with the lock your device already has — Guided Access on iPadOS, screen pinning on Android, Assigned Access on Windows — and the screen shows nothing but your kiosk.

Will it work with my WooCommerce theme?

Yes, because it never renders your theme. The kiosk reads your products through the API and draws its own touch interface, so your theme, page builder, and custom CSS have no bearing on it. Your product photos, prices, and descriptions come through exactly as you wrote them.

Can I run more than one store?

Yes. Each store is its own kiosk with its own address and its own $20 subscription. The 7-day trial applies to your first one.

What happens when my site is slow?

The kiosk caches catalog data for about a minute, so a brief blip on your site usually goes unnoticed on the floor. Prices and stock stay current because they come from your store, not from a copy.

How do I disconnect the kiosk from WooCommerce?

Cancel the subscription from your dashboard, then delete the key in WooCommerce under Settings → Advanced → REST API. The connection is yours to revoke at any time, from your own admin.

Need something the kiosk does not do?

Kiosk Wizard is made by Web Wizard, the studio that builds custom WooCommerce storefronts, integrations, and in-store software. If your shop needs a different flow, a tied-in POS, or a build of your own from scratch, we do that work too.

Ask us anything first.

Not sure the kiosk fits your store, your catalog, or the screen you already own? Send the question. You do not need an account to ask, and no one will call you.
